In 2014 Received Yoga Kalaimani from Tamilnadu Physical & sports University.

In 2019 achieved Champion Trophy, 3rd State Level Yoga Championship, which was conducted by Decathlon, Coimbatore.

I have my own favourite styles(s) of yoga to practice/teach. Ashtanga/Hatha yoga flow and one and only yoga therapy.

From my young age, I was drawn towards a spiritual way of living & mind body connection. I loved yoga right from the start, exploring many different styles. I am practicing yoga for past 18 years. I am teaching yoga for past 15 years. I have no intention of teaching yoga, but wanted to impress myself in a training to deep my own personal practice little did i know the universe had other plans i have studied with many renowned teachers and always learning and expanding my experience and knowledge of this lifelong practice by continuing to learn from my most favourite and influential teacher of the past and present. I opened Swastik Yoga centre at Chennai in 2015. Running my classes successfully. I got married in 2017 and came to Coimbatore. Not only teaches group classes. Incorporating Intelligence and invigorating sequencing, good music and calming energy but specializes in working one-on-one. I work with profession, athletes, celebrities and the local community using yoga a tool to help addresses, asses and work through physical injuries and imbalances and faster a greater sense of awareness healing and balance in the body and mind.

I strives to bring yoga into everyday life by doing evolving and truly living it. I try to offer my students the opportunity to take that part in their own way at their want pace, to modify when needed and to honor how they feel at all . I find immense Joy satisfaction and inspiration in seeing students Discover their own personal yoga journey and hope to nature and encourage them along their way
